About these terms
This website and the MetaPortAPI software are provided by Marudhar Marketing, India ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits the website, downloads the software, or buys a license.
By downloading, installing or using MetaPortAPI, or by buying a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page. Continuing to use the software after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
1. Who may use MetaPortAPI
You must be of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement. You may use MetaPortAPI only for lawful purposes and in line with the rules of your broker and of MetaQuotes.
2. License to use the software
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MetaPortAPI. The free version may be used on demo accounts only, in sessions of up to 7 hours. A paid license may be used on the MetaTrader account number(s) it was issued for, within the limits of the plan you bought.
You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, share license files, decompile, reverse-engineer, or modify the software, or try to bypass its license checks.
The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual-property rights remain with us.
3. Trading risk
Trading forex, CFDs, metals, cryptocurrencies, stocks, futures and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of all of your money. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
MetaPortAPI is a technical connector. It only executes the instructions sent by your own software or scripts. It does not give trading advice, signals or recommendations, and nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your code, your settings, and the results on your account. Always test on a demo account first. Past results are not a guide to future results.
4. No warranty
MetaPortAPI is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, that it will work with every broker, MetaTrader build, network or computer, or that it will meet your expectations.
Orders can fail, be delayed, rejected, partly filled or filled at a different price because of market conditions, broker rules, connection problems, software errors or other causes outside our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software or this website.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the license fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
6. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds
Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change at any time; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you do not want to renew.
Because licenses are delivered immediately and the free version lets you test every feature first, fees are not refunded for unused periods or for renewals you forgot to cancel, unless required by law.
7. Installation service
If you buy installation help, we provide a one-time remote installation and configuration of the EA. Before the session you must install MetaTrader, log in to the trading account you want to use, and install the remote-desktop tool we ask for. Further changes to your setup are not included.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use the software or website for any unlawful purpose, to break the rules of your broker, to harm other users, to distribute malware, to scrape or overload our services, or to circumvent any security or license feature.
We may suspend or cancel a license, without refund, if these Terms are breached.
9. Your information
When you accept these Terms before a download we record the date and time, your IP address, approximate location (country and city) and browser details, as proof of acceptance and to protect against misuse. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third parties
MetaTrader is a trademark of MetaQuotes Ltd. MetaPortAPI is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by MetaQuotes or by any broker. We are not responsible for third-party software, websites or services.
11. Termination
You may stop using the software at any time. Sections 3, 4, 5 and 12 continue to apply after the agreement ends.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
