Billing questions
Is the license tied to one computer?
No. A license belongs to a MetaTrader account number, so you can run that account on a new PC or VPS whenever you like.
How fast do I get my license?
Right after payment you receive an email with your license key. If it hasn't arrived within ten minutes, check your spam folder or write to support.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Your license keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
What does a subscription include?
Live-account use, every new version while you're subscribed, and technical support. If you need a feature we don't have yet, tell us — we review every request.
